Refund policy

Effective date: 1 June 2026

We want you to love what you wear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle returns:

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Customised or clearance items cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

Email us at contact.alwwears24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, ship the product to the address we provide.
We  bears the return shipping cost.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proces your refund.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or design, please place a new order after returning the original item.

Note:- We do not offer cash refunds. Only prepaid orders are eligible for refund

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof, and we will Re-deliver Either Exchange or Replace products within 5 working days.
